The project puts the idea of eating next to the idea of communicating through the 5 senses. The bistro becomes a space where the performance art rites take place. The space is available on two floors. The ground floor has a bar area and an area with tables. A “scenic” area with long tables is positioned on the central axis of the bistrot. The level of this “stage” is adjustable and depends on the performance in progress. The first floor area is more isolated but at the same time allows to watch performance rites.
