Lime Tree Court Project: architecture & design

Corte del Tiglio is the new project that strengthens the collaboration between Archventil and Rinofanto. The project, which involved the construction of 5 residential units, each with a private garden and full-height windows, is located in Milan, Via Bonaventura Zumbini, in a rapidly developing residential area. Archventil took care of both the architectural aspect and the interior design and planning, studying 5 possible color scenarios, each specific to each loft. It is the first real estate project to go on CrowdFunMe.

Project Details.

With the pandemic, fatigue with enclosed spaces and forced living in traditional apartments has increased demand for this type of real estate. The “Lime Tree Court” project takes advantage of an urban space to create both eco and smart apartments in the city, a trend that is making a comeback, especially at this precise moment in history. Set within a courtyard in a multifamily residential context, it is surrounded by private greenery and common services for all condominiums. Each apartment has been carefully designed with the utmost attention to every detail. By opening the panoramic windows wide, the boundary between the interior and the garden disappears. One’s home thus becomes a unique space and merges with the surrounding greenery.
