The project involved the transformation of spaces previously used as laboratories and located within a charming courtyard typical of old Milan, into a residential “mini-complex” called “Orti Loft Residence” and consisting of 3 apartments of various sizes in “loft” style. The units, completely renovated, are presented as modern and practical spaces enhanced by the presence of refined design solutions that sculpt the environment and suggestively delimit the division of spaces within it.
