One of the central elements of the intervention is the loft, designed to take advantage of the apartment’s height and create a hobby area dedicated to painting: an intimate, cozy and inspiring corner that reflects the owner’s creative personality.
The living area is organized as a well-balanced open space, where each function finds its place without sacrificing visual fluidity: the kitchen is functional and integrated, while the living room invites relaxation with soft furnishings and warm tones. Near the large window, the dining table has been placed, kissed by natural light for most of the day: a choice that also makes it perfect as a smart working station.
The bedroom, intimate and enveloping, is defined by a large double curtain that provides privacy during the day and total blackout at night, making up for the absence of shutters or blinds. The choice of fabrics, as well as the palette of colors and materials throughout the house, is geared toward creating a warm, relaxing environment that is tailored to the occupant.
