The Team

Architects Interior Milan: creativity and innovation in the heart of Italian design

Archventil means understanding of the client’s needs and attention to every single detail, from the preliminary concept to the final realization. It means knowledge of business processes, ability to develop projects of any size and communicate them graphically in different languages.

Founder and artistic director

Elena Tomlenova

Born in Moscow, Elena Tomlenova combines a multidisciplinary education with a strong entrepreneurial vision. After ten years of studies in music composition and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moscow State University, she did an internship at Roma Tre University and then delved into the world of design with a year of Environmental Design in Moscow.

In 2010 she moved to Milan and enrolled at the Polytechnic, where she graduated in Interior Design and embarked on a path in Product Service System Design. A student of Arch. Michele De Lucchi, she enriched her experience working for private studios and participating in competitions, until collaborating on interior concepts for Pierre Cardin spaces.

In 2012 he founded Archventil, with the idea of transforming interiors into experiences capable of arousing emotions, energy and value. Over the years, the firm has evolved to become not only an interior design studio, but also a general contractor capable of following every phase: from concept to full realization, including supply and site management.

Today Archventil has more than 400 projects between Italy and Switzerland and a highly specialized international team. With Casa Archventil, which opened in 2024, Elena has created an experimental space that combines design, research and multidisciplinary events, consolidating the firm’s international positioning.
