An interesting request resulted in a project dedicated to a young person. A 40-square-meter studio apartment inserted into a new construction. Tackling two main objectives-functional zoning and refining the initial geometry-the apartment, originally an elongated room with windows on one side, required the creation of separate spaces for kitchen, dining, living, sleeping area and closets.
To optimize the use of space and harmonize the geometry, we chose to divide the room horizontally, creating a kitchen area with a mini dining area. The sleeping area was placed on a mezzanine above the kitchen, thus enabling the creation of a complete living area with a sofa, TV area and closet area.
The chosen style, enriched by industrial details such as the mezzanine and the staircase, finds its maximum expression in an elegant kitchen and finishes in neutral tones, giving the entire space a refined and cozy atmosphere.
