The kitchenette has been expanded to include a center island, perfect for quick breakfasts and chatting while cooking. The dining room has no dividing walls but is all one, and with a large table, it is ideal for hosting lunches and dinners. High-quality appliances and elegant design complement this space, making it the social heart of the home.
A double doorway, repeated in the dining area, creates continuity of space and decompresses the room, letting this room breathe widely.
Cozy living room.
The living area has been furnished with a corner sofa that invites relaxation and conversation. The Parisian-style fireplace adds a touch of charm and warmth, while wood paneling and herringbone parquet flooring lend a timeless elegance.
Studio for two.
To meet the needs due to Daniela and Luca’s work from home, a studio for two was created, with solutions to ensure concentration and peaceful space management for both of them. This environment makes it possible to clearly separate work time from leisure time, improving the quality of home life.
Luxurious rooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom, with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, offers a private and luxurious oasis. The bathroom is designed with a spacious shower and double sinks, maximizing storage space. The second bedroom and additional bathroom ensure comfort and privacy for guests.
Relaxation area for reading.
A small but cozy reading area without a TV has been created for quiet and reflective moments, responding to Daniela and Luca’s desire for a space to relax away from technological distractions.
“It has been almost a year since the end of the work but we continue to be surprised every time we return to the house: we designed with Olga and Elena every single space, on many things we were guided by them, especially on the choice of colors and materials.
The result is a home where every element is in harmony and the space can be experienced in every inch. It is beautiful for the eyes and warm for the heart because thanks to their attention and professionalism we were able to integrate designer furniture with some of our heirlooms.
