Everything is designed to make the best use of space by using pull-out systems: from the walk-in closets to the storage bed to the wall console that can be opened. Through the walk-in closet, the apartment is divided into the two day/night areas. In the sleeping area, a glass wall divides the space into the bedroom and the bathroom, creating a soft detachment and allowing communication between the two environments: in particular, it promotes communication between the bathroom mirror and the outside, thus increasing the space and providing more natural lighting. Particular attention was paid to details and finishes by introducing the same texture for both parquet and furniture elements, such as the console table. The living area, on the other hand, features a single room. Living area and kitchen become one through a bar, equipped with a counter and an open bottle rack equipped on the wall. The two rooms are distinguished only through a difference in elevation that allows the table and armchairs to be elevated above the rest.
Acoustics required separate planning with the console designed to contain the sound system blocks. Attention is also captured by the fireplace, organic and with ignition from above, which together with the bar area contributes to a sociable and welcoming environment.
