This luxurious 160-square-meter minimal-style apartment with panoramic views is located on the fifth floor above Republic Square.
The three-room apartment was designed and tailored for a pair of brothers with very similar needs to which we responded by distributing the same square footage for both personal spaces, divided into bedroom, bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. These two rooms are separated from each other by a large and bright 80sqm open space with kitchen, dining area and living room with access to the balcony.
the apartment is characterized by a minimal and modern style, with resin flooring, marble elements, glass doors, and ceiling-high windows.For the colors, we used very light tones for the floor and walls, and white for some of the furniture elements, tones strongly contrasted by large dark elements such as glass walls, the island in the dining area, and the large table.
As for the sleeping areas, we have given a similar characterization but with warmer tones and softer contrasts.
These rooms have the peculiarity of having floor-to-ceiling light panels flush with the wall, creating real light walls that perfectly diffuse light into the room, revolutionizing the normal idea of home lighting.
