Designing an office involves much more than simply arranging workstations.
A well-designed workspace is one that successfully conveys the brand’s identity, meets the team’s day-to-day needs, and at the same time welcomes clients into a cohesive, representative, and functional environment.
At Archventil, we specialize in interior design for executive and commercial spaces, and with every project we take on the challenge of balancing aesthetics and functionality, image and comfort, visual impact and productivity.
A good example of our approach is the ELAS Real Estate office project in the heart of Milan.

100 square meters in the heart of the city: an office that embodies Milan
Located in Piazza della Repubblica, in the heart of Milan’s business district, the ELAS space was designed to embody the philosophy of the El Shaarawy Asllanaj group: dynamism, elegance, and precision. The office measures 100 square meters and features meeting rooms, workstations, a lounge area, dedicated call corners, and a kitchen area. We created a fluid and welcoming layout that conveys both solidity and movement, using warm materials, light-colored surfaces, and lighting designed to create rhythm and atmosphere.
“We wanted a space that truly reflected who we are. Archventil was able to turn our idea into reality, attending to every detail with elegance, functionality, and vision. We felt heard, supported, and understood. It was much more than just an interior design project—it was a true collaboration.”
— Aurel Asllanaj, Manuel & Stephan El Shaarawy, Founders of ELAS Real Estate

Identity and Function: The Two Pillars of Office Design
When designing workspaces, we always operate on two complementary levels:
- The visual identity, which conveys the brand’s culture and positioning.
- Real-world functionality that meets the team’s day-to-day needs.
In the case of ELAS, the architectural style and finishes—dark woods, brushed metals, and colorful accents—convey a sophisticated and modern image, designed to inspire confidence in both employees and clients. At the same time, we focused on acoustic design, natural light distribution, the ergonomic quality of the furnishings, and the ability to adapt the space to different uses throughout the day.

Welcome, Work, Represent
Today, an office is no longer just a place of work: it is an environment that must inspire, represent, and welcome.
Designing an executive space means creating an ecosystem consistent with the company’s values, capable of fostering well-being for those who work there and instilling confidence in those who visit. At Archventil, we believe that every workspace should be conceived as a project of communication and connection. And every detail—from the lighting to the layout of the space—must contribute to creating a narrative of credibility, energy, and vision.
