Procurement, Supplies, and FF&E
We select, specify, and coordinate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and components, with a focus on quality, design consistency, and lead time. Our network of manufacturers, artisans, and specialized partners allows us to oversee every aspect of the supply chain, from sampling to ordering, through delivery and installation.
Budget and Variations
We define and monitor the financial framework using criteria of transparency and oversight, based on detailed and comparable estimates and, when appropriate, by comparing multiple proposals. The budget is updated throughout the project to highlight the impact of choices, changes, and alternatives on costs and timelines prior to approval. When conditions permit, a lump-sum contract helps define the total investment, limiting unforeseen expenses and keeping costs and decisions within a controlled financial framework.
Construction Site
Supervisioniamo ogni fase esecutiva, coordinando maestranze, cantieri e lavorazioni per garantire precisione, qualità costruttiva e rispetto delle tempistiche; il presidio include anche il coordinamento di permessi e pratiche amministrative funzionali all’avanzamento dei lavori. In chiusura, verifichiamo sempre che le imprese coinvolte siano in regola con le normative legali e camerali e, per interventi su larga scala, valutiamo anche l’eventuale certificazione SOA.
Logistics
We coordinate deliveries, access, storage, and installations in accordance with the schedule and the progress of the construction site, taking into account the specific conditions of the building, access to the condominium, and the operational constraints of the Milanese urban environment. Managing lead times ensures that supplies and work proceed in step with the construction sequence.
Turnkey Delivery
We deliver fully finished spaces that are ready to move into, maintaining consistency with the design vision developed in the initial phases: the completion is defined in the contract with clearly specified delivery timelines and conditions. Upon request, we can offer fixed-price packages with locked-in prices and contractually binding penalties for delays.

"SNO" Villa - Renovation and restoration of a historic villa on Lake Garda
The restoration of this historic villa, measuring approximately 400 square meters on Lake Garda, is one of the most significant projects undertaken by Archventil.
The project arose from a desire to preserve the residence’s original identity, reinterpreting it through a contemporary design language and a particular focus on light, materials, craftsmanship, and the quality of the finishes.
The layout of the spaces was retained almost entirely, while every phase of the project was developed with the goal of creating continuity between the past and the present, including the treatment of surfaces and details as part of the restoration.
"CMV" Residence - Contemporary elegance in the heart of Como
Located in the heart of the city of Como, this residence reinterprets the contemporary classical style through a balance of elegance, functionality, and attention to detail.
The design, selection of materials, and construction were developed as parts of a single system, creating a refined and timeless space, custom-designed to complement the daily lives of its residents. The coherence of the project is reflected in the results and in the perceived quality of the space.
