Milena and Filippo, a young entrepreneurial couple, entrusted their apartment to the expert hands of the Archventil team, known for their ability to transform spaces through contemporary design. Located in a growing urban area on the outskirts of Milan, this project reflects the growing demand for refined and functional homes that embody understated elegance and the uniqueness of their inhabitants.
The focus of this project is on creating a home environment in which minimalism blends with the warm welcome of natural materials. The 72-square-meter apartment includes a large living room with an open kitchen, a study, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The interior design is conceived to evoke an atmosphere of serenity, where each element finds its place in an airy and bright context, far from superfluous clutter. The living room, the beating heart of the house, is designed for relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen, dominated by a central stainless steel island, represents a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. This open layout promotes a smooth transition between the kitchen, dining and living areas, with an adjacent loggia transformed into an intimate outdoor corner, perfect for outdoor evenings.
A project tailored to unique needs: the interior design focused on integrating design elements that elevate the interior to a higher level. The project reflects the passions and peculiarities of Milena and Filippo, making the house an authentic reflection of their lifestyle. The aesthetic focus is on human minimalism, where simplicity is softened by natural textures and eclectic details. The color palette is based on neutral colors accompanied by contrasting tones and offers a timeless, refined and timeless base.
