The design concept is developed around the idea of balance between aesthetics and functionality. The color palette plays a central role: at the entrance, the brick tone envelops and warms, anticipating a visual language that is repeated in the sleeping area through the bed and ottoman fabrics. Continuing to the living area, colors lighten and are enriched with neutral tones such as beige and taupe, which are found in the kitchen and the custom cabinetry, contributing to a feeling of openness and serenity. The choice of soft materials and flowing shapes, such as circles, cones and cylinders, creates a visual coherence that accompanies the entire space, visible in every detail: from the lamps to the mirrors to the table and furniture.
Functionality is carefully thought out: the compact kitchen has built-in appliances such as a dishwasher and washer/dryer, while numerous storage compartments help keep things tidy. In the sleeping area, a storage bed and a full-wall closet, divided into three sections, allow practical space management for two people. The elegant and well-designed bathroom features a washbasin on a wooden top, a backlit mirror and a walk-in shower with custom-made glass, a solution that amplifies brightness and reduces the visual impact of the facilities. The interior design, enhanced by gilded finishes and black metal details, gives the space a sophisticated modern feel. This apartment is a virtuous example of how quality design can transform even small spaces into environments rich in comfort, personality and beauty.
