The project concerns an apartment on the sixth floor, overlooking Piazza Ascoli, in the Città Studi neighborhood. It is a large three-room apartment that had already been renovated but did not fully meet the needs and desires of the clients. The intervention aimed to optimize space, expanding the living area and revising the second bathroom, which now has direct access from the master bedroom.

Project Details.

The entrance hallway has been decorated with sophisticated Glamora wallpaper, leading into the living area. This area features a kitchen with a peninsula, in dark tones, which creates a refined contrast with the light oak parquet flooring and walls in neutral hues. The volume of the small bedroom, wrapped in canaletto walnut cladding that alternates polished and cannulated finishes, becomes an element of strong personality, while the door leading to it is cleverly concealed, contributing to a fluid and harmonious vision of the space.

The custom-designed sofa meets the wishes of clients who were looking for soft shapes but at the same time high comfort. The master bedroom was also custom-designed, with a specially designed closet that accommodates a vanity corner, while the bed echoes the shapes of the sofa in the living area, complemented by bedside tables in perfect harmony. The design was conceived in such a way that a mirrored window can be seen from the room, which brings light to the blind guest bathroom, creating a feeling of openness without compromising privacy.

Another highlight is the bathroom area, which connects directly to the room via unobstructed access. The bathroom’s white resin floor stands out elegantly from the parquet flooring in the room, creating an intimate corner. A free-standing bathtub is the star of this area, which can be separated, if necessary, by a glass wall from the washbasin area, custom-made with a totem effect that enhances its presence.
