Interior Design & Styling

The concept of this project stems from the desire to meet the needs of the client, who chose one of the most dynamic and rapidly developing areas in recent years to give life to her BnB. The location, behind Piazza Gae Aulenti, in a quiet street characterized by elegant residential buildings, offers an ideal context for creating a welcoming and refined space. The client lives most of her time in London, travels a lot and has very refined taste. With this project she was looking for particular solution, particular experience to give to her guests. The studio experimented a lot with color, going from a light palette to a rather dark palette based on green tones. In the end the result is this very refined, elegant BNB house.

A small apartment with big character

In a compact but visually striking space, this apartment stands out for its bold and refined style. The walls, painted in a dark green by Little Greene, envelop the room in a soft and sophisticated atmosphere, giving it personality without weighing it down. The division between the living and sleeping areas is entrusted to a sliding door made of wooden slats, in the same tone as the walls, which allows for visual continuity and natural brightness between the rooms.

The living area plays with well-calibrated contrasts: the lacquered Arredo 3 kitchen, with quartz countertops and shelves, is juxtaposed with black metal elements and essential furnishings, such as the table, chair, and light-colored dormeuse. Every detail, from the pouf to the accessories, is chosen to blend harmoniously into the context, maintaining a sober but dynamic color balance.

In the sleeping area, functionality and aesthetics come together in tailor-made solutions: a vanity nook and a hanging area created in a niche make the space personal and optimized. The service area, with ante-bathroom and bathroom, is also treated with care through the use of microcement, which gives uniformity and a contemporary touch.

Every design choice, from materials to finishes, reflects an attention to detail that transforms a small apartment into a cozy and stylish retreat.
