If in residential the design revolves around the daily life of the inhabitant, in the world of hospitality-and particularly in BnB projects-the design has a different mission: to welcome the guest and surprise him or her from the very first glance.
A BnB is often the first contact between the traveler and the city. It must tell a story, leave a memory, generate an emotion. And all this, very often, with a defined and non-negotiable budget.
At Archventil, we have been developing hospitality and short-let projects for years, and today they are an important part of our portfolio. Small spaces, but designed with utmost attention to scenic effect, functionality and attention to detail.
One of our most successful interventions? A small jewel of 33 square meters in the heart of Turin, overlooking Piazza Savoia.

Small in size, big in vision
In this micro-apartment, we worked to create a sense of harmony and refinement, taking advantage of natural light, a neutral color palette and materials with natural textures. Everything was designed to offer the guest a memorable, warm and welcoming experience.
The project received a great deal of media and professional attention, and was selected among the Best Projects 2024 on Archilovers, an international reference platform for the world of architecture and design.
The major newspapers that covered it:

Designing a BnB is an exercise in synthesis
Working on a BnB means a change in perspective:
- The layout must be flexible and attractive.
- The furnishings, sturdy yet scenic.
- The atmosphere, immediate and consistent with the target audience.
- The budget, managed with creativity and strategic vision.
A good hospitality project does not just look good: it must work, surprise, and remain etched in the memory of those who experience it, even if only for a few days.
