Smart Apartment B1 developed within the “Lime Tree Court,” a residential project consisting of 5 residential units, each with a private garden and floor-to-ceiling windows, and each designed with its own color scheme. The B1 is marked by strong colors: tropical green, mustard yellow, light blue. The intense colors are inspired by the light that penetrates the interior through the large windows and warms the environment.

Project Details.

Apartment designed to make the most of all the depth it has while still maintaining both large windows in the facade and skylights in the sleeping area. The living area is a large and very bright space and features a convenient L-shaped kitchen with peninsula. It also presents a practical hallway used as a laundry room, a walk-in closet and a closet that offers considerable storage space while acting as a filter between the living and sleeping areas. The bedroom is illuminated by the skylight while the bathroom features, like all units, a large and convenient shower.
