Architecture + Interiors & Staging

Corte del Tiglio is the new project that strengthens the collaboration between Archventil and Rinofanto Development, and is the first real estate project to go on CrowdFundMe, also announced by Sole24Ore.
The project involved the construction of 5 residential units divided into two buildings, each with large windows overlooking a private garden. The location is Milan, in Via Bonaventura Zumbini, a rapidly developing residential area.
In addition to the architectural aspect, Archventil also handled the graphic design (project brochure) and final staging to tell the story of the spaces. At this stage, an image of living is returned that shows the flexibility of the rooms on two levels and the importance of the interaction between indoor and outdoor.

Project Details.

Elegant TON chairs restore a feeling of hospitality and comfort through their interaction with the architecture and other elements in the space. SALVATORI’s marble sculptures, with shapes that are sometimes pure and elegant, other times sophisticated and timeless, on the other hand, helped evoke the image of an environment that is unique in its attention to detail. Finally, it is the works of Milanese artist SOFIA CACCIAPAGLIA that bring the human figure inside the lofts thanks to her canvases depicting bodies in motion and at the same time floating. Thus the two seemingly independent volumes have been transformed into two arms that accommodate a courtyard with an enormous linden tree in the center.
